  • The 830nm 2W 50um Fiber Coupled Diode Laser is designed to result in volume products with a high efficiency, stability and superior beam quality. The products are achieved by transforming the asymmetric radiation from the laser diode chip unto an output fiber with small core diameter by using special micro optics. Inspecting and burn-in procedures in every aspect come to a result to guarantee each product with the reliability, stability and long lifetime.

  • 1533nm DFB Laser Diode in Butterfly Package is a high-performance single transverse mode 1533 nm distributed feedback laser in a 14- pin butterfly pigtailed fiber coupled package. The laser emits 10 mW CW power at 1533nm wavelength. This fiber pigtailed laser is designed to be used as light source in fiber optic test, measurement equipment, gas detection.

  • The 1545.32nm DFB Butterfly Laser Diode 2 MHz Linewidth offers a single frequency emission profile and can be tuned by current and/or temperature to adjacent ITU grid wavelengths. This laser has a distributed feedback cavity design and is offered in a 14 pin butterfly package. This DFB has an integrated TEC, a 10K temperature sensor and an MPD (monitor photodiode). It has an output power up to 10mW. The butterfly package has a SM fiber or PM fiber pigtail and an FC/PC connector.

  • The 1550nm DFB Butterfly Laser Diode, with 10mW,20mW output through 900µm fiber pigtail. The fiber is approximately 1M in length, with FC/APC or FC/PC connector. The laser is excess-stock, new-in-box, and includes datasheet and test data.

  • High Power 1550nm DFB Fiber Coupled Butterfly Laser Diode is mainly used as the optical signal for high-capacity long-distance optical communication, as well as a wide range of new applications such as fiber sensing, 3D sensing, gas sensing, and disease diagnosis such as respiratory and vascular monitoring. In the field of gas sensing, it is used as the light source for gas sensors that detect methane gas leaks around factory pipes.

  • 1550nm 20mW SM Fiber Coupled Laser Diode is mainly used as the optical signal for high-capacity long-distance optical communication, as well as a wide range of new applications such as fiber sensing, 3D sensing, gas sensing, and disease diagnosis such as respiratory and vascular monitoring. In the field of gas sensing, it is used as the light source for gas sensors that detect methane gas leaks around factory pipes.
