  • The 1550nm DFB Pigtail Laser Diode Module consists of Distributed Feedback (DFB) lasers, having a fiber pigtail precisely attached for optimum coupling efficiency. This 1550nm center wavelength version has a typical 1mW~4mW of output power and includes a back facet photodiode, and an integrated optical isolator. The 9/125 single mode fiber pigtail is terminated with an FC/APC or FC/PC style fiber optic connector. Applications include high-speed data and telecommunications systems and instrumentation, and optical instruments requiring a laser diode light source.

  • 1570nm Coaxial DFB Laser Diode is fibre coupled with single mode optical fibre. CW output powers are wavelength dependent and lie between 2mW and 4mW. The distributed feedback cavity produces a linewidth of just 0.32nm, these laser diodes have a built in monitor photodiode and optical isolator. The SMF 28 optical output fibre can be terminated with SC/PC, FC/PC, SC/APC, or FC/APC connectors.

  • The 1610nm Coaxial SM Pigtailed Diode Laser consists of DFB lasers, having a fiber pigtail precisely attached for optimum coupling efficiency. This 1590nm center wavelength version has a typical 1.5 mW of output power and includes a back facet photodiode. The 9/125 singlemode fiber pigtail is terminated with an FC/APC or FC/PC style fiber optic connector. Applications include high-speed data and telecommunications systems and instrumentation, and optical instruments requiring a laser diode light source.

  • The 1625nm 2.5G DFB Pigtail Diode Laser includes a CWDM-DFB laser chip, built-in isolator, built-in monitor photodiode, 4-pin coaxial package, and optional SC/APC, FC/APC, FC/PC optical fiber connector. It delivers a low threshold and operating current at a output power range between 1MW and 4MW. The length of optical fibers can be supplied according to the customer requirements. Various pin definitions are also available. This series of product can be used as the stabilized light source or modulated light source. It also finds applications in testing apparatus and OTDR equipment.

  • The 1310nm DFB Butterfly Fiber Coupled Laser Diode is a high performance single wavelength source, available in a 14-pin butterfly package with PM fiber or SM fiber pigtail.
