The 1510nm DFB Butterfly Fiber Coupled Laser Diode high performance DFB laser diode is fibre coupled with single mode optical fibre. CW output powers are wavelength dependent and lie between 2mW and 20mW. Provided in a standard 14-pin butterfly mount, these laser diodes have a built in monitor photodiode, Peltier effect thermoelectric cooler, thermistor, and optical isolator. The SMF-28 or PM optical output fibre can be terminated with SC/PC, FC/PC, SC/APC, or FC/APC connectors.

It has an output power up to 10mW. The butterfly package has a SM fiber or PM fiber pigtail and an FC/PC connector.
