The 1310nm 100mW DFB Butterfly Package Fiber Coupled Laser Diode is based on multiquantum well (MQW) distributed-feedback (DFB) and a highly reliable ridge waveguide structure. This device is housed in a high performance, 14-pin butterfly package and coupled to 1m of FC/APC-connectorized polarization-maintaining fiber.
The 1330nm DFB built in TEC Butterfly Laser Diode is designed for broadcast and narrowcast analogue transmission in CATV and CWDM applications. The modules provide high output power while maintaining high linearity. The modules are housed in an industry standard hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package, which contains optical isolator, thermoelectric cooler, and power monitor photodiode.
